Our average employee has nearly 10 years tenure with our company. That tells you we treat employees with respect, pay them fair, and offer rewarding work. "The beer business" is not for everyone, it's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's physical work. But it is also fun, most of our employees wouldn't work for another brand or company. We work hard, play hard and work to build a team culture. We are proud of our effort to achieve a good work-life balance, for example drivers have a 3-day weekend every week of the year (they work 4-10 hour days).
