Theatre Tulsa seeks a responsible Administrative Assistant (Admin) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at its office. Duties of the Admin include providing support to our employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
This is a part-time position, with office hours from 9 am to 12 pm, Mondays through Fridays. The hourly pay is $10 for 15 hours ($150/week; $600/month).

Act as the point of contact for the TT office
Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain and replenish inventory of office supplies
Print and distribute letters and forms
Develop and maintain computer and hard copy filing systems
Handle requests and questions from TT customers, constituents and staff
Manage forms and correspondence with licensing houses, vendors, etc.
Provide general support to all office activity
Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers and printers
Excellent time management / organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
Customer service abilities
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proven experience as an office Admin preferred
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) is a plus
